A quick VideoScribe review

videoscribe review

Keen to find out how I created my videoscribe? Here is a quick overview using the Desktop Pro version. I first tried Sparkol VideoScribe on my iPad mini. You can purchase and download the app from the iTunes AppStore  for as little as $4.99. You pay extra to upgrade the iPad app to pro which means you can share without the Sparkol branding.

I found the desktop version had more control, was quicker and had more features. The iPad is fun to use too and is a great way to get you started if you are new to creating videoscribes. I would recommend it to those that want to create a one or two-minute presentation for your blog and YouTube.

If you are a desktop user and are serious about creating commercial full HD output that you can resell in whole or part without any VideoScribe branding you will need to upgrade to the Sparkol Pro subscription. A Pro account gives you a full resell licence.

Can you imagine the benefits of using VideoScribe to promote your business idea or service? If you are an artist or illustrator perhaps you could you use VideoScribe to showcase your work.

I would love to hear your opinion. Feel free to leave a comment below.

Happy scribing!

    1. Glad it was helpful Jonathan. I found going through Sparkols tutorials helpful and also checking out other scribes on YouTube. Although, in my scribe I’ve barely touched the surface of VideoScribes capabilites. I like the way you can improvise on hands and pens, brushes etc.

  2. Hi Heather – I downloaded the free trial last night and am looking forward to playing around tonight on my desktop. The Sparkol Youtube tutorials are quite helpful, as well.
